This unique project required removal/replacement of the foundation, exterior walls, concrete slab, while maintaining the existing roof structure to circumvent new zoning rules and maintain ‘existing building’ status. Our vast knowledge of NYC’s regulations regarding loading/unloading, allowable construction activity time, and moratoriums was critical to the success of the project while maintaining an injury-free jobsite.
