A full design/build fit-out, inside and out
Design/build construction services for a new HomeGoods store. The scope included new structural supports for the HVAC equipment, relocating the entrance, and a complete interior fit-out with high-end flooring and lighting, new electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and mechanical systems, a new employee lounge and customer restrooms. DeMartino also renovated the exterior façade and installed the complete store fixture package.
