A pool house, gym and business center added to a live hotel
DeMartino completed a pool house and gym addition to this existing Long Island hotel, along with a new business center. The project included new septic and storm systems and a reconfiguration of the property to improve parking, traffic flow and lighting.
The work called for close coordination with multiple municipal departments, strict noise mitigation, and a fast-track schedule that kept the hotel's services running throughout. Municipal discrepancies around the pool design were resolved along the way, and the project was completed on time with an expanded scope of work.
