A 42-room hotel built from the ground up on a tight site
New ground-up construction of a 42-room Residence Inn. Each room was fitted with satellite and plasma TVs, high-speed internet, its own HVAC unit and top-of-the-line kitchen cabinets and appliances. The new facility also includes a full pool house, gym, elevators and all associated site work.
Site management was critical: the site sat between an adjacent hotel and an existing shopping center.
