Built to the latest Petco prototype, live animals included
A complete gut-to-shell demolition and interior fit-out that fully integrates the latest Petco prototype, including aquatics, aviary, reptile and small-animal exhibits. The scope included high-end floor finishes, a new grooming facility, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, and an exterior façade renovation.
Live animal habitats brought their own requirements: sanitary construction for animal safety and wiring for an emergency generator. DeMartino managed the permit process and ran dual-shift overtime scheduling to hold the opening date.
