A contaminated site turned into a prototype store
This project involved a complete gut rehabilitation of the existing building for the landlord, including extensive remediation to address soil contamination and EPA requirements. The scope also took in county roadway and turning-lane modifications to meet traffic regulations, and all-new utilities from the street to support the property's new use.
With the site and infrastructure work complete, DeMartino built a new prototype PetSmart store that includes a Banfield Pet Hospital.
