A 10,000 sq. ft. store built inside a working parking garage
DeMartino built a 10,000 sq. ft. building addition within the confines of an operating parking garage. Working side by side with the client, the team delivered a new store that includes elevators enclosed in a glass-panelled shaft. All construction was completed without interrupting the connected shopping mall or the busy garage around it.
